Plan 2 Strength and Flexibility
Strength training utilizing free weights, flexible tubing, medicine (weighted) ball, stability ball and isometric training custom designed to meet each individuals' personal needs and limitations.

Flexibility training custom designed to progressively stretch and maintain a suitable level of joint mobility for activities of daily living.

Plan 3 Cardio Plus
Custom cardio training utilizing home cardio equipment, walking trails and the Reebok Step,  along with circuit and /or intermittant weight and flexibility training.

Designed to be progressive to meet individual fitness and weight loss/management goals.
